Our 3/4" Turning-Bending Fork Hardy is for general bending, making and correcting scrollwork, creating circles, adjusting radius' and contours, and performing smooth and stress-free bends in metal stock. This 3/4" fork is of the highest quality bending forks available. They have a rugged shoulder constructed from 3/4" stock. The welded shoulder also has carefully rounded edges to improve the handling and feel of this tool. The accurately welded 1" tines are carefully sanded and highly polished assuring that all your work will be true and free of any scratches. Multi-pass TIG welding is done on both the shoulder and the tines.

     Since our bending forks are two seperate rods welded to a flat surface they perform more acurate bends then the cheaper U-shaped bending forks that are commonly seen. The 1" diameter tines are also stronger and have more mass thus allowing a better structure to blacksmith with. We can also accomodate different length or size supporting square hardy stock as well as height/width changes to the tines.      By default the Hardy is on a 5" long, 1" square steel bar. This tool has all the superior quality you would expect to see in a modernized blacksmiths shop and can be used for blacksmithing, artwork, coppersmithing, tinsmithing, sculpture creation and structural or archectural purposes.
