We present our bottomless dishing pipecap hardy which is compromised of a forge welded ring with dimensions of 4" Wide x 1.125" High x 2" Eye on 1"sq x 5" long stock. This ring excels at dishing sheet metal as there is no bottom to restrict diameter or depth of when dishing. The ring is supported by 4 very solid posts which lock it to our heavy duty welded shoulder.

     This tool is great for metal forming, planishing, medieval armour reproduction, creation of SCA armour, blacksmithing, artwork, coppersmithing, tinsmithing, sculpture creation, automotive fabrication,etc. The pipecap has a smooth finished polish to protect your work from abrasion.

     By default the Hardy has a 5" long x 1" square steel bar under the welded shoulder. This tool has all the superior quality you would expect to see in a modernized blacksmiths shop and can be used for blacksmithing, artwork, coppersmithing, tinsmithing, sculpture creation and structural or archectural purposes.
